I arrived very late and was greeted with enthusiasm, check in was very easy and quick. My room was very comfy and warm. The Glen Hotel next to the accommodation was fabulous. good food and wine for a late dinner. My room was quiet and well appointed with strong Wi Fi and plenty of power points and a good shower. The minibar was well stocked with snacks and drinks. I enjoyed my short stay. The breakfast is located at the entrance to the hotel and offered some basic breakfast but exceptional coffee.

The hotel room has been exceptional. There was everything we needed and it was very clean and comfortable. We appreciate the free parking available to us. There was a variety of drinks and some snacks available which we did not use but were happy to see in the room. There is a pub next door and a shopping centre just around the corner. The hairdryer did not work. This was no issue as we had our own. We did inform the reception and believe it had been taken care of for the following guests.

When I arrived at midnight, very tired having had a bad start to my day it just got worse, the young lady who was on duty that night, understood what a day I had had , the straw came when my travel card was rejected so she took me over to the ATM machine so I could withdraw cash, she was brilliant, because I was so tired and stressed I could never have done that without her help.

Modern & clean amenities that we have enjoyed - nice room, comfy bed with option to add on baby cot, pillows with options, pool, gym Staff named Shaun/Sean (sorry if spelling is incorrect) was really helpful, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We’re also thankful for the late checkout (12pm)

Atmosphere of the hotel was awesome, music was great, very family friendly, choice of places to eat, great coffee. Hubbie would have liked to watch a game or two on the tv screens in the restaurant.
